International & Interagency Agreements

A critical element in the execution of the Commission’s regulatory strategy relies on the establishment of a strong network of partnerships and alliances with other regulatory bodies, government departments and law enforcement entities. To that end, the BGC has entered into several international Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with other agencies to share information and collaborate on matters of mutual interest. Similar agreements have been (and continue to be) developed with domestic departments/entities.

These include:

  • Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)

  • Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC)

  • U.K. Gaming Commission

  • Responsible Gaming Council of Ontario

  • Turks & Caicos Gaming Inspectorate

The Commission is also a member of the following international gaming associations:

  • North American Gaming Regulators Association (NAGRA)

  • International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA)

  • International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR)
